IF I COULD GIVE IT AN 11/10, I WOULD

This hotel is perfect. It is spotless and has everything you need to be functional during your stay, from a stovetop to a washer and dryer. The staff is friendly. The common areas are quiet. We were there for Canada Day and the location was close to Parliament, which made it easy to access the site. Book without hesitation!

LOCATION IS SUPERB AND THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL

I like how quiet this property was. It was very clean and comfortable with all essentials in the room, plus the location is superb and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I will return to this property whenever I visit Ottawa—this is my place. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND... LOVE THIS PLACE

Yet again, I stayed here for my weekend race in Ottawa. First, and most importantly, the staff are incredible! They remembered me from past visits and when i showed up, they asked how things were and about the race—Always saying "Hi" and seeing how things are when coming in and out. Second, room was perfect! Always clean and ready to go. Very comfortable place to stay, the beds are very comfy and I love the bathroom! Third, location couldnt be any better. Close to the Rideau Centre, Parliament, public transport, and plenty of restaurants. If you're someone looking at doing the Tamarack Race Weekend next year, its only a 5 minute walk to the start area. Highly recommend!! Love this place!!! Thank you for another wonderful visit!

10 OUT OF 10, HANDS DOWN

A very clean and upscale boutique hotel that feels cozy and has tons of room. This will be my go-to stay whenever I'm in Ottawa. The receptionists during checkout, as well as checking in, were both superb in welcoming me to the hotel. Close to everything that downtown Ottawa has to offer.

EVERY VISIT IS A 10/10 EXPERIENCE

Definitely one of the best places to stay in the city. Every visit is a 10/10 experience from the spotless rooms and amazing amenities, to the welcoming atmosphere. Gillian, the Reservations Manager, always goes above and beyond and the front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, class and exceptional service.

Registered guests must present a government-issued photo ID and valid credit card at check-in to secure their booking. The credit card must be in the registered guest's name, and a pre-authorization for the entire stay (including taxes), plus $300 for incidentals or damages, will be processed upon check-in. reStays will release any remaining amount after suite charges, taxes and incidentals upon the guests' departure. Guests should allow 3-5 business days before seeing the pre-authorized amount released on their credit card statement.

Children under the age of 12 stay for free when accompanied by a guest who is over 21 years old.

reStays is a 100% non-smoking property, including vaping. Please note that smoking on the balconies is also NOT allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee per occurrence.

If you have not booked a non-cancellable rate, we ask that you notify us 48 hours before your scheduled arrival should you have to cancel your reservation. A cancellation penalty equivalent to 1 night and taxes will be applied after this deadline.

Parking is located to the immediate left of the hotel. Take a parking ticket to enter which can be discarded later. Park anywhere between P1 and P4, take the PUBLIC PARKING elevator to the ground floor, exit building, turn right on Queen Street and enter hotel lobby. Once you are inside the building, your guest key will access parking. At check-out, there is a drop box for the keys before you exit. Once the gate goes up, please drop the key in the drop box.

Parking is $37 per day plus taxes with in and out privileges. The parking will be charged to your room account. The height restriction for parking is 6’4”.

Heated, underground parking is offered at $37.00 plus tax/vehicle per night. Please note that the underground garage height is limited to 6’4” (1.93m).

Hotel quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Unregistered guests, loud disturbances, and noise nuisances are strictly forbidden. Failure to respect the above will result in immediate eviction without reimbursement.
